EBSCO, an international corporation serving libraries and academic institutions, seeks motivated Account Services Manager for the Pacific Northwest territory covering Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Oregon and Washington. The position will be based in the Portland or Seattle area. This alternative career opportunity offers the chance to display your strong communication, problem-solving and computer skills with emphasis on electronic journals. The position involves educating customers about EBSCO’s print and electronic products and services, working closely with the Customer Service Department, and maintaining excellent customer relationships by personal visits to academic, corporate, and public libraries in the Pacific Northwest territory. Master’s degree in Library Science or Information Science and experience in dealing with electronic resources preferred. Salary, bonus, expenses, company car and benefits provided.
