The April 23-25, 2026 joint OLA/PNLA Conference in Portland is only a few months away!
The call for Posters Session proposals is now open. The theme for this year is “Get Loud for Libraries.” Share your best ideas, work, and design skills by creating a poster on any topic relevant to librarianship. The submission form is live at 2026 Joint OLA/PNLA Conference Poster Session Proposal Form.
The deadline is 5:00pm on February 15. Notifications will be sent to applicants by February 20.
Poster sessions are a great opportunity to gain presentation experience by sharing on a research topic that interests you or an innovative library program/project that you have been involved in. Poster sessions can be less stressful than the more formal solo presentations and panel discussions.

We welcome the set-up of accepted posters on Wednesday, April 22 and ask that they remain up until 2pm Friday, April 24. If you are only going to be attending one day, you can set up the morning of the day you attend.
